Wonderful, marvellous location near Mansfield shopping centre and motorway, a clean establishment and public transport. Reasonably large and freshly decorated unit with a good desk, very good shower, as for instance.

we had coffee and fruit juice for breakfast, it was outstanding.

The rooms show signs of age, particularly the decor, which feels somewhat dated. The streets outside can get noisy, especially in the early hours, so a blissful lie-in might not be an option. Some shower doors need attention as they don't close completely, leaving slight gaps.

The only slight issue was that my en-suite was a bit snug, but it was manageable and didn't detract from my overall experience.

I had a lovely stay for 2 nights where the room was super cozy and the breakfast was cooked just the way I liked it! The garden area was perfect for a quick sit down with a good book, and the little lounge space made for a nice spot to unwind. The only hiccup was the shower being a bit snug, but it didn't ruin my overall experience at all! 👍

I stayed one night in a super comfy single room. The owner, Darren, was super nice and the breakfast choices were delish, especially the fresh fruit! Everything was super clean and the bed was a dream. Only bummer was the lack of nearby transport options-had to drive to a concert, a bit of a hassle.

The spacious basement room was awesome, blending cleanliness with a stylish modern touch. Freshly cooked breakfast featured excellent scrambled eggs and enticing fruit cocktails.

The bathroom felt a bit cramped, which might be an issue for those who need extra space. Shower pressure could fluctuate, so adjusting to that could be required. Limited vegetarian options on the dinner menu left something to be desired, alongside minor quirks like a shower door that didn't quite latch shut properly.

The bathroom was clean but tight on space. Plenty of thoughtful touches. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Scrambled eggs were a standout. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and TV in the room, but the reception was spotty at times. The only downside was the evening meal options. A few more choices would have been nice. A charming place that I'll consider for future trips.

We explored the nearby attractions and returned to a cozy, quiet room. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was decent too! Perfect for a group getaway.

I stayed in a comfortable double room for one night and was impressed by the really good cleanliness and warm personal service from the staff. The breakfast was a highlight, freshly cooked with high-quality ingredients and served to order.
